Do you have an own Brewery?

Our hotel is home to a small, artisanal brewery where we produce the beer served in our restaurant. You are welcome to join a brewery tour, which can be arranged in advance. For more information, please visit our brewery pages.

Do you have an elevator?

At the moment our hotel rooms are only reachable via stairs. We do not provide an elevator.

Do you have a Children-Playground?

Aprox. 200 m walking distance from our hotel you will find a large sports facility with a nice children-playground. Directly at the hotel we do not offer a playground.

Do you have a Bike Rental?

We do not offer a bicycle rent at our hotel. But in Bamberg you will find a few providers. Please look at the website of the Tourist-Information in Bamberg - there you will find the addresses. Some of the rentals could bring the bikes to our hotel. https://www.bamberg.info/fahrradverleih/

Do you have a bike barn?

In our hotel we provide a bike barn. It is a lockable room where you also could find power sockets for e-bikes.

Do you have Allergy-friendly rooms?

We do not offer allergy-friendly rooms. All of our blankets and pillows are filled with synthetic.

Some of our hotel rooms are equipped with a carpet in the entrance and hardwood floor in the sleepingarea. Some rooms only have hardwood floor or laminate or vinyl floor. Please give us a short message if you need a room without carpet.

Please note that in our hotel dogs are very welcome and we could not give any guarantee for dog hair allergy sufferers that there wasn't a dog before in the room.

Do you have a Restaurant?

We have a typical Franconian Restaurant. The restaurant is open daily from 3.30 pm. Sundays we are open from noon until 08 pm. You can check the opening hours and the menue here.

Do you have handicapped-accessible rooms?

At total we offer three rooms at ground floor. These are accessible with wheelchair. Handles and a shower chair are also available. But please note that the rooms are not classified according to the usual norms or standards. The rooms are with less barriers, but not completely free.

Do you have a carpark?

Our carpark is directly behind our hotel. There you can park your car free of charge. Please note that there is a passage with a clearance height of 2.45 m. All cars that are higher could park in the streets next to our hotel or at the communal parking space, aprox. 200 m walking distance away.

Do you have family-rooms?

We do not offer the typical Family-Rooms. But we offer in various room categories (Flair, Flair-Plus+ und Kupferkrone) the possibility to put babybed or additional beds for children in the room.

Do you offer Pay-TV (Sky) in the hotel room?

No..

Do you have a Minibar in the hotelroom?

In the rooms we do not offer a minibar or a small fridge. For important things to be cooled (e.g. medication) please talk to our staff, we could keep things cool for you. If you like to have drinks please come to our restaurant.

Do you have Smoking rooms?

From 2015 we are a complete non-smoking Hotel! It is generally prohibited to smoke in any rooms in our hotel. In the event of violation we will charge 100.00 € for an extra cleaning fee. According availability we offer three rooms at groundfloor or three rooms with a balcony so you could smoke outside fast.

Do you have Balconies?

At total we offer three rooms with balconies. Please note that we do not book them in advance but you can request the rooms.

Do you have Wifi?

We offer at the complete hotel area free wifi. Please ask our staff for the password.

Do you have Gluten-free or lactose-free food and drinks?

At general we do not offer gluten-free foods. For lactose-free food you can choose any time our vegan meals.

If you need we could cook (within the scope of possibilities) special gluten-free foods. Please ask our staff. Please note that in our kitchen will be cooked with gluten and a cross-contamination can not be ruled out!!

If you need special gluten-free or lactose-free products for breakfast, please tell us at booking so we could buy these products for you in advance!

Do you have a Fitnessarea?

We do not offer a fitness area.

Do you have a Wellness-Area?

We do not have a wellness-area. In Bamberg you will find the "Bambados" with a big swimming pool and a huge sauna area. You will find a few thermal baths in the area - the furthest aprox. 40 minutes drive away.
