Menu: Franconian-modern cuisine with good service

Regional Suppliers

Many of our products come from regional suppliers. That starts with our janitor who cares for his own bee colonies and delivers his honey to us, to the bakery Ohland and the butcher Pickel right from Memmelsdorf to the gardener's vegetable from the Market Gardeners' District in Bamberg.

Our senior boss Lieselotte cooks all of our jams with love and the majority of our fruit brandies and schnapps comes from adjoning Franconian Switzerland from the distilleries of Haas and Sponsel.

Wine and sparkling wine we receive mainly from Germany, directly from wine growers, and our mineral water and our fruit juice comes from beautiful Franconia.

And, saving the best for last, all of our draught beers are brewed in our own Brewery, which is located directly next to our Inn. The beer range is complemented by non-alcoholic beers from Bayreuth and Lengenfeld.
