Best franconian cuisine
We cook down-to-earth, fresh, seasonal and franconian dishes with selected products from our region. We are famous for our beery-cuisine, carp, asparagus, chanterelles and roasts.
Our kitchen philoophie: "At our house we have the purity law even in the kitchen!"
We work up with almost home-grown products from this region. We don't like the usage of additives and flavour enhancers. We use only home made spreads for the breakfast (except Nutella and honey), as well as we produce our sauces, noodles, clear soups, elderberry syrup, fruit sauces for desserts, cremes and mousses, salad dressing, salads, herb butter and butter preparations, and many more!

This is our restaurant menu & beverage list for the evening. at noon we provide a changing selection from our dinner menu, added with tastful roasts.
Also for our little princes and princesses we have an own kids-menu with many stunning dishes.
For groups over 20 persons this menu is valid. But only after prior registration.
