Be a Brewer - in the Brewery Drei Kronen

At 06 o'clock pm you will immerse yourself in the world of Franconian beers. Our brew masters are showing you our artisanal Family Brewery. The basics of raw materials science and the rough process of brewing beer is the focus. And, of course, you can enjoy a sip of a beer directly from the beer tank.

Afterwards we will show you at our Brewery Inn - at our Bierkulinarium - how good synergies result while cooking with beer. And of course the joy is not neglected.

From 07.30 o'clock am our breakfast is available - the seminar will start at 09.00 am.

The brewmaster Michael Löffler will brew with you on his own micro-brewing system in our Brewery.

You will experience it up close how beer is brewed, which raw materials you will use and how you can produce with the small brewing system a good beer. During the complete day you will work with Michael because you should brew your own beer at the end.

Your physical well-being is taken care of and with all the hard work, a beer is a must!

A small hint for those who like to overdo: This is not a party event for bachelor parties or any other kind of party tourism.

At the end of the day after work you will receive a traditional Franconian dinner in our Brewery Inn: Schäuferla! This is a roasted pork shoulder, served with potato dumpling, dark beer sauce and vegetable sides (sauerkraut or wirsing). At this evening you can talk about the eventful day with your co-brewers.

And blink once - everything is over again. After the breakfast everyone will travel back home.

A few weeks later the postman will ring the bell. Every participant will receive a 5 l keg with your own self-brewed beer! Invite your friends, serve them proudly your self-brewed and tell them about your nice weekend at Drei Kronen!
