Traditional brewed beer and guided beer tours
As good as our cuisine is our beer. It is brewed with the traditional handicraft of our brew master Hans-Ludwig Straub. The beer is natural and pure - for 100 %! The love for good things and our franconian mentality have received many things, who has already forgotten elsewhere. On special occassions we brew special beer types like the yearly changing Epiphany beer, during spring time our fasting beer and our spelt wheat beer. In summer time we brew our "Kerwalager" and the "Kerwa wheatbeer", during late sommer we have our franconian Altbier, the light bock beer "Böckla" and our strong beer Haluator.
We will let you in the secrets of beer brewing! E.g. during a brewery tour with Zwickelbeer and a "Seidla" (half liter) in our Drei Kronen Stein (jag).
